HISA YOUTH FELLOWSHIP 2025 IS OPEN NOW!!! The HISA Youth Fellowship 2025 is a prestigious global leadership program designed to empower young changemakers. It provides them with a unique platform to engage in high-level discussions, collaborative problem-solving, and policy-making exercises. Hosted at the historic University of Oxford, this fellowship will bring together exceptional young leaders, policymakers, academics, and practitioners to address pressing global challenges and drive impactful solutions.

It is a global leadership program that has been well-designed to empower young changemakers. The program will endow the participants with a novel platform to engage in higher-level discussions, problem-making exercises, and collaborative problem-solving.  The youth conference aims to cultivate a new generation of leaders through cross-cultural collaboration, immersive training, and hands-on policy engagement.

 Eligibilities

  • Applicants must be between 18-45 years old at the time of the fellowship.
  • Open to all regions and nationalities.
  • Should demonstrate a strong background in leadership, advocacy, research, or community engagement.
  • Proficiency in English (all sessions will be conducted in English).
  • Applicants should be passionate about youth activism, policy development, diplomacy, and global governance.

Selection Criteria 

  • Candidates must clearly articulate their goals and how the fellowship aligns with their aspirations.
  • Ability to influence change, lead initiatives, and contribute meaningfully to discussions.
  • The selection process ensures diverse representation from different regions, sectors, and socio-economic backgrounds.
  • A proven record of community engagement, advocacy, or policy initiatives is a plus one, but not mandatory.
  • A solid track record of achievements in youth activism, volunteering, governance, diplomacy, or any relevant fields is desirable.

Eligible Regions: Open to all regions and nationalities.

Final Selection & Notification: Finalists will be notified via email and provided further instructions for participation.
