ICYF International Youth Festival 2022 is open in Russia for International candidates. Candidates from any place of the world can apply for this Youth Program organized by ICYF in Kazan/Tatarstan Russia. Festival is fully funded program, any candidate with good record can apply for it. International Youth Festival is organized by Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan (Russian Federation) and the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF) for both Male and Female candidates in Russia to give good opportunity to make networking between other countries. Participants Accepted for Festival
There are about 100 participants will be accepted for the Festival, 60 participants from the regions of Russia while the rest of 40 participants from the OIC countries.
Countries Which are Eligible
The citizen of an OIC Member State, and Muslim community in a non-OIC Member State are eligible to apply for Youth program in Russia, where as India is non Muslim country so the non Muslim from India are not allowed to apply.
Eligibility Criteria
To Apply for Festival program candidate must be fulfill the following criteria.
- Must know how to speak in English (Know about English language).
- Age required 18-35 years.
- Candidates from the OIC Member States, Russia, and Muslim minorities in non-OIC Countries.
Duration
The duration of program is about 5 days in Russia, from 25 October to 30 October.
